Article 50-2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses)

No person shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage without prior consent from the Internet homepage operator or manager.
No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
No person shall know that it is an e-mail address prohibited from collecting, selling, and distributing pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) and use it for the transmission of information.

Article 74 (Penalty) A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine of not more than 10 million won.

A person who displays for the purpose of displaying, selling, or selling in violation of Article 8 (4);
A person who distributes, sells, rents, or displays obscene signs, words, sounds, images, or videos in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 1;
A person who has repeatedly reached the other party with signs, words, sounds, images, or images that cause fear or anxiety in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 3
A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50(6);
A person who has transmitted advertising information in violation of Article 50-8 A person who has used an e-mail address to collect, sell, distribute, or transmit information in violation of Article 50-2
A person who has transmitted advertising information in violation of Article 50-8;
A person who has, in violation of Article 53(4), failed to register a change in registered matters, transfer, transfer, or report a merger or inheritance of a business
